Hell everyone! I’m excited to bring to you an exclusive look at one of our BBP Team members, Holly Ferrell. She’s a marketing guru and I’m so glad to have her a part of our team. Below is a fun interview that we’ve conducted with each of our team members, this time, highlighting Holly. Sit back and take an inside look at one of the best!

BBP: What is one of your biggest accomplishments?
HF: On a professional note, it was leading the effort to sell the skin care business while at Bausch & Lomb. I’d been marketing director on the business for three years and we’d grown the business in both sales and profits. Ultimately, we exceeded the corporate sales goal for the business by 20%.
On a personal note, I’ve been married to the same great man for over 20 years and I still think he is wonderful.
BBP: What is your favorite part of your job/career?
HF: One of the things I enjoy the most about consulting is learning new things. Working with different companies, I’m learning about new industries while applying marketing strategy to help them grow their businesses.
BBP: What are your hobbies outside of work?
HF: I ride horses. I was one of those horse crazy kids who never really lost the bug.
BBP: Name one of your pet peeves.
HF: People who don’t get back to you when they say they will.
BBP: What’s one meal you can’t live without?
HF: Versus meal, I would say food group…. I need my ice cream!
BBP: What movie (s) can you recite word-for-word?
HF: Can’t really think of one… can I substitute having enjoyed the recent run of Charles Dicken’s stories on PBS, particularly Little Dorritt?
BBP: What is the first thing that comes to your mind when I say the word, “spice?”
HF: Pepper.
BBP: What is the best advice you have ever received?
HF: Do the best job on anything you do from my Dad
BBP: Where is the last place you visited?
HF: Went to Seattle this spring
BBP: Fill in the blank: This interview was so _____!!!
HF: Interesting!
